The All Saints Constitution has been revewed and compared to the Model Contitution provided by the ELCA. Click the link below to see a .pdf copy of these changes. A limited number of copies are also available on the oak table in the narthex. These changes will be voted on at the Annual All Saints Congregation Meeting on January 22, 2023.
